📋 Description

• Define, report on, and influence the operating levers driving company performance • Partner with Go-to-Market, Product, Customer Success, and leadership teams to improve business outcomes • Create the framework, key priorities, KPIs, and outcomes for the long-term three-year plan • Own and build the three-year financial model hands-on • Influence management on initiatives, investments, growth targets, and capital allocation • Lead a team supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with business visibility and performance-improvement advice • Develop ideas for product expansion, new revenue models, and M&A • Build scalable operations using Snowflake and dbt, and apply AI in workflows with the analytics team • Ensure financial health and sustainability through risk management • Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with business objectives • Lead a high-impact team as a hands-on player-coach

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an applicable field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred • 10+ years of experience ideally combining FP&A, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and financial/accounting services experience • 3+ years of managerial experience • Outstanding project management skills and ability to help drive the budget process with multiple stakeholders • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, corporate finance and accounting concepts, three-statement financial modeling, and SaaS KPIs • Expert Excel skills and ability to build models from scratch • Proficiency with financial reporting systems • Netsuite, Adaptive, and Tableau knowledge a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior management • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with Executive leadership • Strong ownership and leadership initiative • Strong business sense and ability to understand changing industry forces • High personal and professional integrity • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the business
