📋 Description

• Lead development of Tebra’s next-generation Practice Management platform • Modernize and advance the front-end micro-front-end platform architecture used by Engineering teams across the organization • Design, implement, and advocate for reusable front-end tools, components, and frameworks • Lead sophisticated React user-interface design and implementation with optimal performance across multiple devices • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering on product direction, visuals, and user experience • Mentor junior developers and promote code excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement • Track frontend technology trends and lead adoption of best practices and new technologies • Ensure high-quality code standards and continuously evolve the technology stack

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years of professional front-end development experience • Professional expertise with React and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling • Familiarity with React hooks • Strong understanding of micro front-end architecture and its implementation • Experience with Storybook and MaterialUI preferred • Experience with a shared component design • Experience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes • Experience consuming RESTful APIs • Capacity to mentor junior team members • Ability to optimize frontend component performance and scalability • Experience with responsive and adaptive design and cross-browser compatibility • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
