📋 Description

• Assist in collecting and analyzing business and functional requirements to support solution development • Document current- and future-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and recommend improvements • Participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities • Support creation of user documentation, process flows, and training materials • Maintain project deliverables and assist in tracking milestones and timelines • Perform basic data analysis to support solution design and post-implementation success • Support delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within Tekion’s Professional Services organization

🎯 Requirements

• Position requires 90% travel • 2-4 years of experience implementing Automotive Variable (Retail & Accounting) or Fixed (Parts & Service) software • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Basic proficiency with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or PSA tools is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms • Visa sponsorship is not available • Must be authorized to work in the United States
