📋 Description
• Take high-volume inbound calls for delivery and payments • Address service needs, billing, and transaction inquiries • Provide customer support during the team's busiest season • Support customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective service
🎯 Requirements
• Previous customer service experience • Exceptional customer service skills • Effective communication, listening, and empathy • Problem-solving skills • Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365 • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required • Entry-level experience level
