📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of cloud platforms on AWS and GCP • Design and implement production-grade reference architectures for multi-account AWS, multi-project GCP, Kubernetes, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments • Validate architectures through hands-on PoCs and complex customer implementations • Lead platform design using SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response, and post-incident reviews • Define operational readiness standards, runbooks, and escalation models with SRE and operations teams • Guide integration of agentic systems with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, reliability engineering, operational controls, security, and governance • Mentor offshore teams developing agent-enabled platform capabilities • Build infrastructure using Terraform and manage Kubernetes provisioning, upgrades, and scaling • Guide CI/CD and GitOps-based platform delivery using Helm, pipelines, and automation • Develop reusable platform components, accelerators, and templates • Review and approve networking, identity, security, ingress, and secrets designs • Lead and mentor offshore and distributed global teams • Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews • Drive solutions from idea through reference architecture, implementation, and market-ready offering • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and technical validation • Enable faster client onboarding through standardized patterns and pre-built assets

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in cloud architecture, platform engineering, SRE, or distributed systems • Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, GCP, or hybrid production-scale environments • Proven systems design and architecture knowledge in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of agentic platform concepts, architectures, and enterprise applicability • Advanced performance tuning and troubleshooting knowledge on hybrid platforms • Strong networking fundamentals, including VPCs, L3/L4, DNS, and load balancing • Sound knowledge of Kubernetes, including EKS and GKE • Proficiency in Terraform • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Go, Python, or Bash • Experience working in highly collaborative global delivery environments, including offshore teams • Experience handling and working with a large global team • Ability to mentor, influence, and raise technical standards without formal authority • Professional-level Cloud Solution Architect certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP required • Good communication skills mandatory • Client-facing experience required • Observability platform certifications preferred • Terraform/IaC certifications preferred • Hands-on experience implementing agent-based or AI-enabled platforms preferred • Experience designing multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms preferred • Strong observability experience with metrics, logs, tracing, Dynatrace, or Datadog preferred • Experience building practice-level accelerators preferred • Open-source contributions or internal platform framework development preferred • Experience delivering solutions under aggressive timelines with enterprise constraints preferred
