📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Identity, Authentication, Authorization, Account Management, and Access Services • Define and execute the long-term technology vision for identity and access management platforms • Deliver secure, seamless, and scalable registration, login, account recovery, and user profile experiences • Drive modernization of authentication and authorization capabilities across the platform • Partner with Product, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams • Develop highly available and resilient systems supporting millions of authentication and access transactions • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Establish engineering standards for identity governance, access controls, fraud prevention, and account protection • Provide leadership to Senior Managers and engineering organizations across global delivery teams • Maintain operational oversight of platform reliability, incident management, risk mitigation, and roadmap execution • Mentor engineering leaders and foster innovation, accountability, and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including management of large engineering organizations • Demonstrated success leading organizations of 30+ engineers • Deep experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), authentication, or authorization platforms • Strong understanding of modern security architectures and identity technologies • Experience designing and scaling highly available consumer-facing platforms • Strong architectural acumen and ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives • Experience in healthcare, banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred • Experience with CIAM platforms, SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and identity federation technologies preferred • Background in fraud prevention, account security, and identity governance preferred • Experience supporting large-scale consumer digital products preferred • Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
