📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications • Use web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries • Field customer inquiries and respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media • Resolve and de-escalate customer issues • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate • Respond to assistance requests and/or process payments • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting • Provide feedback on call issues • Meet defined sales objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Minimum 6 months sales experience • Over 18 years of age • Ability to type 25 wpm • High School Graduate or GED • Comfort with desktop computer system • 6 months call center experience preferred • Ability to use Windows operating systems • Able to work independently • Ability to stay composed and objective • Superior negotiating skills • Customer-service driven and able to follow established procedures • Ability to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support departments • Outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure • Open-minded approach to feedback, evolving policies, and structured schedules with varied shifts • Sharp critical thinking skills • Dedicated workspace near router for hardwired Ethernet connection • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload and ISP latency under 50ms • Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data/hotspots, P2P, or VPN • Proof of internet speed required • Employment restricted to residents of AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
