📋 Description

• Work on networking, performance, security, and integrations with external systems • Design, develop, and ship high-quality products • Build BEAMS, a Cloud Hypervisor-based Kata container agentic runtime platform • Develop multi-cluster Kubernetes operators for managing Teleport at scale • Implement zero-downtime upgrades for services with long-lived tunnels • Write most of the code in Go • Collaborate closely with other Teleport teams • Grow technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to complete a coding challenge in Go as part of the interview process • Extensive Go experience • Strong expertise with Kubernetes, including experience writing controllers and extending Kubernetes via APIs • Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant systems • Strong software-related security experience and strong interest in security • Proficiency with AWS and other cloud services • Linux systems engineering experience • Networking experience • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to master new technologies • Significant open-source contributions are a plus • Knowledge of Envoy and Cilium is a plus • Cryptography engineering experience is a plus
