📋 Description

• Partner with the Head of Talent & Talent Intelligence Sourcing Lead to align on sourcing strategy, market insights, and pipeline priorities. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategies across engineering, product, sales, and marketing roles. • Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X/Twitter, niche communities, and other sourcing channels. • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Craft personalized outreach to generate high response rates and reflect the company brand and culture. • Screen candidates for competency and values alignment to improve candidate conversions across hiring funnels. • Track and manage candidate pipelines in Ashby ATS and maintain data hygiene. • Stay current on recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends. • Experiment with sourcing tools, techniques, and channels to improve pipeline quality and speed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment. • Demonstrated experience sourcing technical talent across engineering, product, and design roles and various technology domains. • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting outreach that resonates with different candidate audiences. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. • Employment eligibility requires verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States. • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a job-related background check where permitted by law.
