📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of searches spanning hardware, AI software, and go-to-market roles • Own each search from hiring manager intake through accepted offer • Define the specification, level call, market assessment, interview loop tests, and closing strategy • Influence hiring teams to adjust the hiring bar using evidence • Recruit across silicon design and verification, compiler and ML framework engineering, and go-to-market leadership • Form independent candidate assessments from evidence such as shipped work, tapeouts, repositories, or papers • Design interview loops and scorecards • Run decisive interview debriefs • Build recruiting processes while surrounding systems are being rebuilt

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning searches end to end, from intake to accepted offer, in more than one domain • Experience across technical and go-to-market recruiting domains • Experience closing senior candidates who held better-paying offers • Ability to turn vague hiring manager needs into written specifications with a level call and stated trade • Ability to revisit must-haves when level or budget changes • Ability to monitor metrics on searches and change course based on them • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including meeting applicable citizenship/permanent residency or prior license approval requirements
