📋 Description

• Partner directly with senior leaders across North America teams on organizational design, leveling, performance and calibration, sensitive employee matters, and difficult conversations • Own HR problems from start to finish within a small HRBP team • Help build the HR function's operating model, systems, and practices • Identify root causes of people problems and implement solutions • Help leaders change how they work as the company grows, including across unsupported organizations • Support fair organizational design, leveling, performance, and promotion decisions • Align leaders with competing priorities around decisions and broader team outcomes • Learn how an open AI and RISC-V compute company operates across silicon, software, supply chain, and go-to-market

🎯 Requirements

• Direct HRBP partnership with VP-level leaders • Experience supporting a full function or large organization, ideally at a company of a few hundred to a few thousand people • Hands-on experience running investigations, calibration cycles, reorganizations, and sensitive exits • Ability to address difficult organizational or leadership issues with senior leaders • Curiosity about and ability to understand technical work, including what the client organization builds and why it is difficult • Experience supporting sales, go-to-market, or operations teams is a plus • Ability to diagnose underlying causes of people problems • Ability to support organizational change across teams • Ability to make fair organizational design, leveling, performance, and promotion decisions • Offer contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology; citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval may be required
