📋 Description

• Identify customers’ termite problems and determine remedial steps based on termite behaviors and habits • Perform termite treatment services safely according to company guidelines and standard practices • Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedules, safety procedures, and label instructions • Communicate termite-conducive conditions, procedures, and structural modifications to customers • Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order • Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment • Complete production forms documenting services provided • Interact with customers and explain services provided • Prepare job sites for treatment • Work in customer residences, properties, and places of business, often unsupervised • Safely handle regulated chemicals and company equipment • Work with colleagues, vendors, and customers to resolve conflicts and disputes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Valid driver's license from state of residence • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Termite control experience is a plus • Clean-shaven face required for respirator safety • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed • Basic math skills, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to follow product-label mixing instructions • Ability to tolerate seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations • Ability to work on roofs and high areas, including 20 feet up on a ladder • Ability to work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, and passageways • Ability to wear required PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator • Ability to enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, climb structures, stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles • Ability to regularly sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and move up and down stairs and ladders • Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations • Must safely operate a vehicle on public streets • Must be able to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner
