• Represent TerSera products in hospital accounts and Oncology clinics • Present clinical information and generate interest among physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners • Support national and regional account implementation within the assigned geography • Understand account and clinic strategy and provide regular progress updates to management and the field team • Maintain product and disease-area knowledge and interpret and share clinical data with customers • Promote company products within approved labeling and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines • Develop territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals, including time and personnel resource allocation • Navigate multi-stakeholder clinical customers and gain access to key prescribers • Support local formulary implementation and ensure product availability • Identify barriers to account penetration and develop strategies to overcome them • Communicate territory activity accurately and promptly • Complete company training and administrative duties • Use approved resources to achieve regional and account-level goals • Contribute as a member of a high-performance team and ensure goals and budgets are met • Complete responsibilities in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Science discipline preferred • 5–10 years of sales/account management experience within the related field • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks required • Understanding of payer and formulary processes and ability to gain patient access • Experience partnering with Commercial Operations functions in a team environment • Proven successful track record of consistent high performance • Strong verbal, interpersonal, listening, computer, analytical, organizational, and strategic-planning skills • Ability to work independently, multitask, collaborate across multiple sales territories, and solve problems proactively • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment • Experience managing complex reimbursement issues preferred • Willingness to travel up to 60% of work time • Must live within a one-hour drive of a commercial airport • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty states, with no motor vehicle violations • Must complete company training and comply with company, legal, regulatory, PhRMA, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • MBA or graduate business/healthcare-related degree preferred
