📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for open requisitions across multiple disciplines including engineering, construction, project management, and IT • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, clearance-specific job boards, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates • Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates to generate interest and gather availability and compensation expectations • Qualify candidates at a high level and hand off warm leads to the recruiting team for further screening • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities • Research talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and market availability for hard-to-fill roles • Support pipeline building for anticipated and recurring hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or federal contracting environment • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards (Indeed, ClearanceJobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.) • Strong Boolean search skills and ability to identify passive talent • Excellent written communication skills — outreach messaging matters • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Familiarity with an ATS platform – preferably Workable and/or Paylocity • Experience sourcing cleared candidates or within the government contracting space a plus
