📋 Description

• Receive and stock weekly and emergency replenishment shipments • Inspect replenishment shipments to ensure correct quantities and products have arrived on site • Complete inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly to ensure accurate inventory levels in vendor managed inventory software • Maintain vendor managed inventory areas so they are clean, safe, organized, and accurately labeled • Resolve on-site customer issues promptly and accurately • Work with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and resolve on-site issues • Interact with customers face to face regarding their on-site needs and forward those needs to the sales team • Communicate regularly with the sales team and customers as needed • Meet established individual and team metrics and company standards • Complete administrative tasks on non-scheduled stock days, up to 2 hours per week • Maintain indirect responsibility for product quality • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required • 2+ years of Customer Service is required • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a reliable mode of transportation • Must be willing to travel to customer sites in the designated area • Must pass a background clearance and drug screening • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and the sales team in a professional manner in person, over the phone, and email • Must be computer literate and able to navigate required software programs including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship • Inventory Management experience is preferred • Stockroom experience is preferred
