📋 Description

• Own and optimize enterprise interfaces processing high volumes of healthcare data • Lead integration initiatives from planning and development through testing and production deployment • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or fast-escalating issues using database navigation, log analysis, and technical judgment • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, recommend solutions, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes • Guide teams on healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, interface design, and secure system integration • Research and refine configurations, processes, and emerging technologies to improve performance and operational excellence • Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge-transfer materials • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Implementation, and Support teams on coordinated end-to-end solutions • Apply controls across interface environments to support secure handling of sensitive healthcare data and SOC 2 compliance • Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects and build relationships with internal and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, systems integration, or a related technical field • Hands-on experience with healthcare interface engines and data integration platforms • Knowledge of CMS-0057 requirements and Da Vinci FHIR implementation guides • Experience leading complex technical integration projects from development through production • Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and X12 278 transactions • Experience writing, modifying, and optimizing SQL queries • Strong database navigation and log analysis skills • Knowledge of electronic health record data structures, healthcare applications, workflows, and system integrations • Experience working with sensitive data in secure and compliant environments • Strong problem-solving, communication, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to understand complex data models, manage competing priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and tools • Minimal travel may be required • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related field (preferred) • Experience with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure (preferred) • Experience providing technical consulting, training, or knowledge transfer to internal teams (preferred) • Experience working directly with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations (preferred)
