📋 Description

• Strategically manage supply chain initiatives associated with strategic accounts • Drive strategy by targeting opportunities, involving critical parties, evaluating impact, developing recommendations, and gaining senior leadership support • Manage rebate alignment and strategy, formulary management strategies, pharmacy network management, value-based solutions, and related initiatives • Drive evaluation, development, and execution of supply chain drivers • Partner cross-functionally to educate, influence, and operationalize initiatives supporting growth objectives • Track financial performance of supply chain initiatives, performance guarantees, and contract compliance • Develop and execute strategies that drive additional aligned value • Resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies • Guide and persuade stakeholders toward deliverables under tight deadlines and significant pressure • Conduct complex analysis from issue identification through proposed solutions • Assess how supply-chain decisions derive value and their impact • Evaluate data and drive action to create additional value • Promote enablement and efficiencies across teams • Support account teams in maintaining positive client relations • Perform project management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred • 5+ years of healthcare and PBM experience with knowledge of supply chain • Advanced problem-solving skills • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies • Strong business, financial, analytical and organizational skills • Executive presence • Strong negotiation and presentation skills • Track record of successful business and program operations • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and negotiations • Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions • Demonstrated ability to evaluate financial data and drive action to create additional value • Strong organizational skills • Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home
