📋 Description

• Resolve customer service issues • Monitor provider activity and assignments • Negotiate service rates • Ensure service contract compliance • Work cooperatively with customers, independent service providers, and internal departments • Manage operational activities for customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

• One year of experience managing small to mid-size customer service contracts in the janitorial or floor care industry, or equivalent combination of training and experience • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent time management skills • Clear and informative communication • Ability to multitask • Self-motivation and ability to influence • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines • Preferred Mountain Time Zone availability
