📋 Description

• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets • Shadow phone interactions, review written correspondence, and examine the sales pipeline to monitor and improve team performance • Monitor team productivity and motivate individuals to reach daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • Interview, hire, train, and develop employees • Ensure accurate information is captured in Salesforce and provide quality checks as needed • Work closely with other sales channels and management teams to drive partnership and alignment • Identify workflow and reporting improvement opportunities and articulate execution plans to management • Coach the team to provide a world-class consignor experience through phone, email, and text interactions • Handle general Q&A and elevated consignor issues directly, liaising with consignor relations to resolve them

• Must live in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone ONLY. No exceptions. • Motivated by a desire to win, excel, and grow business in a competitive sales environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, provide empathy, and build credibility quickly • Efficiency and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Ability to use G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM tools with ease • Excitement about growing a team and leading a diverse group of salespeople to success • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude around change • Internal: TRR Leadership Development Program (LDP) Graduate • Internal: 6 month rolling average 100%+ units
