📋 Description

• Report to the Manager of Research Recruiting • Build the Quantitative Research and Data Science investment teams • Partner with Research and Data Science leadership on hiring and growth efforts • Meet hiring goals sustainably and diligently • Source pipelines of PhD-level quantitative research talent • Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies • Own and improve the end-to-end candidate experience • Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process • Develop and share market knowledge and recruiting insights • Lead projects to improve recruiting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of talent acquisition experience • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent • Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researcher and Data Science talent preferred • Excellent client management skills • History of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders • Track record of substantial team-level contributions, including mentorship, process improvement, and institutional knowledge contributions • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams • Authorization to work in the United States • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
