β€’ Communicate effectively with customers over the phone to address inquiries, recommend solutions, and close sales. β€’ Manage schedules, ensure proper coordination with technicians, and handle service notifications. β€’ Organize and update customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities in the CRM (Fieldwork). β€’ Follow up on leads and agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a high level of customer service. β€’ Adhere to our structured sales process, including identifying customer needs, building rapport, addressing budgets, and presenting solutions. β€’ Assist with administrative tasks related to customer relations and day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Excellent phone and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong typing and organizational abilities. β€’ Proficiency with common applications such as Outlook, web browsers, and CRM tools. β€’ Sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close deals.
