📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and overall satisfaction and retention for an assigned book of business • Provide preventative consultation, analysis, and issue resolution related to core services • Manage and execute client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated issues • Manage new group and specific product implementations • Establish and lead internal meetings to ensure collaboration, attention to detail, timelines, and quality standards • Lead client-centric team meetings reviewing operational performance against client expectations and needs • Review performance metrics to promote client satisfaction, profitability, and retention • Collaborate with Account Directors on client activity, expectations, and service needs • Work cross-functionally with operational teams to deliver core client services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage, prioritize, and work on numerous tasks simultaneously • Skilled communicator, both written and verbal • Strong team player able to thrive in a matrix environment • Experience collaborating with multiple matrix partners • Self-motivated and driven • Client-facing skills • Solid computer skills, including ability to build PowerPoint presentations and learn new programs as needed • If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
