📋 Description

• Prepare and review claims to ensure billing accuracy • Pursue collection activities to obtain reimbursement from payers and/or patients • Bill and/or collect outstanding or delinquent payments, or issue payments • Follow up with payers and/or patients on outstanding accounts • Escalate delinquent and/or complex claims to Lead Billing & Reimbursement Specialists • Provide financial support for banking and billing functions for new and existing accounts • Set up, manage, reconcile, process, and/or balance bank and customer accounts • Work with customers, banks, vendors, and partners to resolve issues • Create, analyze, and respond to standard and non-standard reports • Audit accounts for compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday–Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST • High school diploma or GED required • 2+ years of relevant work experience required • Healthcare or insurance industry experience highly preferred • Healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy knowledge highly preferred • Rx Home experience is a plus • PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Self-starter and team player • Focus on quality and service • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload • Integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information • For home work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Must satisfy applicable work-from-home requirements
