📋 Description

• Lead the Adoption Center strategy and align adoption work with enterprise transformation goals, capability roadmaps, and long-term business outcomes • Guide simulation and validation, insight generation, issue management, scaling, and sustainment functions • Partner across programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Training, Communications, Risk Control, and Audit • Develop Adoption Business Plans connecting insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption needs to clear actions • Use data, performance measures, and operational insights to identify risks and improve decisions • Represent the Adoption Center in governance forums, program discussions, and operational report-outs • Coach and empower teams to manage ambiguity, solve adoption challenges, and build collaboration, learning, innovation, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. • 8+ years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and auditing, change management, technology adoption, or a related area • 5+ years of people management experience • Experience leading large teams, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional work in a complex business environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to turn operational insights into clear actions • Ability to influence leaders and build stakeholder alignment • Ability to communicate recommendations with confidence and clarity • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred • Experience with structured change management or adoption frameworks, such as ADKAR or Prosci, preferred • Experience with operational modeling, simulation, automation opportunities, or business intelligence reporting preferred • Experience partnering across Business, IT, and leadership teams on large-scale transformation initiatives preferred
