📋 Description

• Process inbound grievances and facilitate outlined policy steps to resolve identified issues • Support development of organizational policies and procedures related to quality, compliance, privacy, and security • Initiate randomized and customer service/grievance-related provider audits • Monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for network providers as needed • Participate in product enhancement projects associated with governance and compliance • Assist in identifying and resolving process issues and recommend continuous quality improvements • Support compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and governing policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to effectively elicit and provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and clients • Proficiency in the English language may be required • Ability to document reports clearly and concisely • Computer proficiency • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role • Healthcare industry experience is a plus • Reliable internet connection • Designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data
