📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps • Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting • Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users • Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse • Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience • Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI • Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath • Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients • High capacity for analytical thinking and process improvement • Experience with Model Driven Apps and/or Dynamics • Ability to perform work in a stationary position at a minimum of 50% of the time • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery consistently during work hours • Ability to communicate and exchange information and ideas in an in-person or virtual setting through online tools and communication mediums
