📋 Description

• Actively engage with the One Forma crowd pool and attract qualified contingent workers for AI projects. • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability for various projects. • Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience. • Collaborate with the Project Recruitment Lead to understand project-specific hiring needs. • Propose suggestions to improve recruitment processes and workflows. • Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, recruitment funnel metrics, and hiring performance. • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges. • Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and Centific recruitment policies. • Maintain confidentiality and data security during the recruitment and onboarding process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting. • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates by email. • Previous knowledge on e-mail campaigns engagement. • Previous experience in the recruitment for AI data OR experience in volume hiring in other industries preferred. • Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus. • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel.
