📋 Description

• Drive new logo acquisition by positioning Thermo Fisher’s integrated capabilities across small and large molecule drug substance manufacturing, sterile drug product fill and finish, advanced therapies, and oral solid dose manufacturing. • Prospect for new leads, qualify opportunities, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate our value proposition. • Work closely with Business Development Executives to drive growth initiatives, coordinate customer communications, and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system. • Build strong relationships, deliver effective presentations, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. • MBA or postgraduate scientific degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or CDMO environment, preferably with some sales or business development experience. • Highly competitive, self-directed, and results-driven mindset. • Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with new contacts. • Excellent research, organization, and follow-up skills. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to develop strategic solutions. • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent to meet customers, go to conferences, and showcase Thermo Fisher sites.
