📋 Description

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations. • Design and implement complex, mission-critical transformational enterprise grade technical solutions for clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical documentation and non-technical documentation. • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs. • Create and present solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to clients’ senior leadership teams. • Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Innovation Plans. • Develop and implement CI\CD solutions. • Establish project estimates and plans, identify risks and mitigations, oversee development and delivery of technical solutions. • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles. • Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and ability to “jump on a whiteboard” in front of a customer to develop a solution to a business / technology goal or challenge. • Strong consulting and business acumen • 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation experience. • Multiple certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS DevOps Engineer Pro, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, Etc. • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Platform core services around Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Containers, Security, Identity, etc. • Experience with organizational adoption of transformational initiatives – Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Transformation, Application Modernization • Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation • Experience with using and managing deployment services such as Harness, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. Knowledge and usage of branching strategies is required. • Hands-on experience in programming with Java, Python or any development language. • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of modern cloud-native application design principles, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI\CD Pipelines, • Knowledge of enterprise organizations across multiple industries and inner IT functions (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Operations)
