📋 Description

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across clinics, regions, and service lines • Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance • Build and maintain financial models for provider hiring, clinic performance, and service line expansion decisions • Analyze clinic-level and provider-level economics, including utilization, revenue per visit, and cost structure • Identify trends in patient volume, LTV, payer mix, reimbursement rates, and operational performance • Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools • Partner with Data Analytics to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets • Work with large, multi-source datasets to build reliable reporting • Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and other departments on data-driven decision-making • Present findings and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders • Support ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and strategic initiatives • Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and improve data workflows • Contribute to scalable processes and tools as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field • 3–6+ years of analytical finance experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting or healthcare • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis • Advanced Excel required • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred • Familiarity with data processing tools such as Alteryx is a plus • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus • Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems • Ability to connect financial metrics to operational drivers • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong communication skills with ability to explain insights to non-finance audiences • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
