📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs encompassing multiple concurrent projects • Align project goals with broader organizational objectives • Maintain program-level Gantt charts and schedules to visualize dependencies, milestones, and critical paths • Track, monitor, and report on scope, status, budget, and metrics of multiple projects • Maintain the program risk log and identify bottlenecks • Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues as needed • Serve as the first point of escalation to triage, address, and remove technical or operational blockers • Prepare and facilitate status meetings, executive dashboards, and program reviews • Keep cross-functional leaders and team members informed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management leading complex, multi-project delivery • Strong track record of analyzing risks, triaging dependencies, and resolving cross-team blockers quickly • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines • Proven ability to break down complex technical blockers, align cross-functional engineers, and drive consensus under tight deadlines • Working experience in Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is a plus
