📋 Description

• Automate recurring accounting workflows for reconciliations, variance analysis, flux commentary, and close • Pull, clean, and join NetSuite GL, transaction, subledger, and other source-system data • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for Accounting and Finance • Partner with BI to build and test financial data models • Trace dbt/SQL logic to diagnose discrepancies and validate outputs against the GL • Prepare audit and PBC requests • Document processes and queries • Troubleshoot broken reports, failed data loads, and reconciliation breaks • Administer finance systems including NetSuite, Aleph, and AP automation tools • Replace manual spreadsheet processes with automated workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • 1–5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or data-focused role • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and aggregations • Working knowledge of dbt, including models, sources, and lineage • Ability to test changes end-to-end and identify issues in data models, queries, and processes • Advanced Excel skills • Hands-on experience with an ERP such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP • Ability to work independently, manage requests, handle concurrent projects, and communicate with technical and non-technical teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Preferred but not required: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; accounting principles and financial reporting logic; CPA or currently pursuing CPA
