📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional support and enhancements for Oracle Cloud HCM applications • Maintain Redwood functionality across HCM modules • Oversee configuration workbooks and document system configurations and process workflows • Help implement artificial intelligence capabilities within HR systems • Execute eligibility batch processes and manage eligibility criteria and document reassignments • Diagnose and resolve complex HRIS technical issues and improve HCM processes • Test and validate HCM processes in test environments before production deployment • Partner with HR professionals and stakeholders to advance HCM functionality • Provide customer service, diagnosis, replication, and resolution for complex Oracle product service requests • Support HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation • Read log and trace files and determine problem resolutions • Support external data integrations into Oracle Fusion Applications

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience • Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits • Experience working with Redwood UI • Experience providing support to Cloud and On-Premises customers • Experience with security setup and knowledge of localizations • Experience with SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas • Ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files • Knowledge of external data integration services for loading data into Oracle Fusion Applications • Experience with Federal Clients is helpful • Must satisfy Selective Service registration requirements where applicable • H1-B visa sponsorship obtained outside the United States is not provided
