• Build relationships with prospective clients • Conduct professional discovery conversations • Identify client goals and business needs • Present premium educational solutions • Guide qualified prospects through an established sales process • Utilize digital marketing and communication platforms • Participate in ongoing leadership and business development training • Manage schedule and business activities independently • Continue expanding personal and professional growth • Build an independent consulting business and introduce leadership and personal development solutions to qualified professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, consulting, coaching, recruiting, or client relationship management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence speaking with professionals and business owners • Strong work ethic and self-discipline • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work independently • Professional attitude and high integrity • Comfort using technology, Zoom, CRM systems, and online communication platforms • Reliable computer and internet connection • A college degree is welcomed but not required • Self-employed independent contractor status • Results-oriented and comfortable with performance-based compensation
