📋 Description

• Conduct Timeless implementation projects as the primary customer contact • Develop and manage project plans using Smartsheet and internal tools • Manage implementation issues, de-escalating customers and escalating concerns when required • Apply continuous risk management to identify and assess risks • Collaborate with project teams to ensure implementation success and achievement of project goals • Manage scope and contract deliverables within agreed timelines and costs • Collaborate across Support, Sales, Account Management, Product Development, and other TMS teams • Structure and facilitate key project meetings • Use basic product configuration and functional knowledge • Communicate with all organizational levels and guide customer stakeholders • Validate financial forecasts and reconcile resources and project expenditures • Transition completed implementations to TMS Support

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Information Technology or Healthcare Industry • 1+ Project Management experience, preferably in Software Implementations • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to manage small to medium implementations • Experience with standard project management software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, Google Suite) • Good written and oral communication skills • Proven presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High flexibility and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands • Effective timeline management • Reside within one hour of a major airport • Travel required (25-35%) for supporting customer go-lives
