📋 Description

• Own the buildout of new agents, skills, and platform capabilities across TLDR • Build and deploy agents end to end, from design through implementation, evals, rollout, and internal-user adoption • Write evaluations and specifications that define measurable quality • Partner with the Applied AI PM on product priorities and make smaller product decisions independently • Work with sales, revenue operations, editorial, and people operations stakeholders to identify LLM applications • Improve company workflows automatically as model capabilities improve • Enable teams to use specifications and evaluations instead of manual execution • Shift workflows toward push-based LLM execution with humans involved as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience • 2+ years building products and systems with LLMs • At least one agent taken to production and still owned • Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex • Experience writing evals during the building process • Ability to define, measure, and improve quality • Ability to ship end to end without waiting for detailed specifications • Product judgment about what to build and what not to build • Comfort working in an emerging domain without settled practices • Ability to identify where LLMs belong in non-engineering stakeholders' processes
