• Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows • Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned market • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization. • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos • Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts • Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle. • Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry tradeshows (2-3 times per year)
• 2–3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred. • Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound and outbound sales motion, including proactive cold prospecting. • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound outreach in addition to converting inbound or trial-based leads. • Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience operating in a high-velocity sales environment where speed-to-lead and responsiveness impact results. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance inbound demand and outbound pipeline creation. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. • Professional Attributes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter who takes initiative and performs well with limited direction. • Success-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. • Coachable, resilient, and comfortable receiving direct feedback. • Additional Requirements • Willingness to travel to industry trade shows as needed.
