📋 Description

• Build and grow the engineering team and product • Work hands-on in the code • Collaborate closely with Product and Design counterparts to shape the team's roadmap • Help define the what, why, and how of product development • Understand the trucking domain and users deeply • Build and ship features quickly on a daily/weekly basis • Talk directly with dispatchers and back-office staff to understand product problems • Fix customer problems and deliver high-quality product functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with both Ruby on Rails and React • Experience working in a remote-first environment • 2+ years of direct management experience • Ability and desire to build fast and ship features on a daily / weekly basis • Strong communication skills • Ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members • Strong desire to learn about the trucking industry, meet with customers, and learn about their businesses and workflows • Empathy for users and teammates • Permanent US work authorization • Based in the United States
