📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers delivering quality Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions • Facilitate team ceremonies, status meetings, planning, workload prioritization, and project delivery • Provide technical expertise during SDLC design and development, including integration architecture, data management, scalability, and platform modernization • Triage and prioritize platform, data integration, and data quality issues • Provide project status updates, trend analysis, and stakeholder reporting • Partner with stakeholders to complete project milestones and validate project scope • Provide program management for major initiatives • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors • Lead development discussions and finalize deliverables • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and solution recommendations • Analyze impacts of issues and solutions across the company • Ensure application, integration, data quality, and platform issues are tracked, reported, and resolved • Communicate strategy, project, and solution changes to the development team • Enforce project deadlines and schedules • Coordinate software launches with Support, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams, including release scheduling, announcements, documentation, and training • Enforce software engineering quality and compliance standards and provide audit-control evidence • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and monitor emerging CRM, integration, enterprise data management, analytics, and cloud technologies to guide roadmap decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred • 5+ years as a previous individual contributor in a Sr Engineering, Sr Product Management, or equivalent role • 3+ years of management or leadership experience in software, IT, or equivalent technical environment • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to deliver time-sensitive projects by working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading or supporting enterprise-scale CRM, integration, and ETL solutions, with direct Salesforce and MuleSoft experience preferred • Exposure to enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, data integration solutions, or data warehousing concepts a plus • Familiarity with data management best practices, including data quality, governance, and reporting concepts • PMP/Scrum certification is a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable, including CPT/OPT
