📋 Description

• Evaluate libraries, tools, and services for suitability • Own implementation of controls for implemented systems • Research and document problems and potential solutions • Use frameworks and methodologies to qualify problems, pain points, and potential jeopardies • Build on Cloud Native patterns, serverless architectures, and highly automated work patterns and delivery methods • Advocate for the technical team, ensuring clear direction and efficient execution • Design and augment support systems and response procedures and coordinate hand-off to Cloud Operations Support Engineers • Participate hands-on in project development • Enforce software development life cycle standards, procedures, and methodologies • Participate in cross-functional implementation teams to deliver client solutions • Prepare work for team members of varying experience levels, defining stories and task-type work • Contribute to internal intellectual property and open-source development • Participate in Agile or other delivery methodologies • Build relationships with vendors and partners • Engage with clients through presentations, technical decisions, and education opportunities • Learn, research, and stay current on AWS cloud best practices and capabilities • Share knowledge and skills with TrekFed team members and client teams • Travel occasionally to meet stakeholders, kick off projects, attend conferences, and attend company functions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of general IT experience; or 4 years of general IT experience • Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, CMMC, and ITAR • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services • 1+ year of code-defined infrastructure experience • 1+ year of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) experience • 3+ years of programming experience using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, GoLang, Java, C#, or similar languages • Experience with Agile Project Management or other project management methodologies • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance • AWS Cloud Architect Associate, SysOps Associate, Developer Associate, DevOps Professional, and/or Solutions Architect Professional Certification preferred • AWS Specialty Certification preferred • Intermediate experience building scalable, automated infrastructure preferred • Intermediate experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments preferred • Intermediate experience in a consultative, client-facing consulting role preferred • Intermediate experience with Cloud Native patterns and services such as AWS Lambda preferred • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Previous or current experience with Federal/Government stakeholders preferred • Intermediate experience with newer ATO strategies such as Fast Track or Continuous ATO preferred
