📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust solutions for a variety of programs and applications supporting the IRS EDOS modernization program • Gather, assess, and interpret complex data and information • Prototype potential solutions during analysis and development phases • Conduct application tests and code reviews with each build iteration • Complete debugging, testing, code improvement, and redesign tasks • Respond promptly to problem reports and code errors • Deliver updated software solutions addressing identified issues • Lead initiatives that drive innovation • Identify gaps in project architecture and propose new software products • Potentially supervise engineering teams through design, development, and implementation • Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, agile software team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience • US Citizenship required • Must possess an active IRS MBI Clearance and have current GFE • Must have skills with Databricks and AWS • Experience working on an Agile team and a strong understanding of agile methodologies • Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels • Python • SQL • Experience prototyping solutions and conducting code reviews • Experience debugging, testing, and improving code • Experience leading or supervising engineering teams
