📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain application components including intake forms, role-based dashboards, workflow routing, notifications, and audit logging • Design, build, and maintain relational and list-based data structures supporting workflow routing, threshold logic, versioning, and historical reporting • Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, validate, transform, and load data from Excel, CSV, form submissions, and upstream enterprise systems • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored logic for application functionality, reporting, and data quality checks • Support REST API integrations and JSON data exchanges between the application and enterprise systems • Build reporting views, dashboards, and automated document or summary outputs presenting request status, SLA compliance, and enterprise performance metrics • Translate business epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria into working functionality • Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups • Perform data validation, create and maintain test data, support unit and regression testing, and assist with defect triage and resolution • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, schema and configuration documentation, and runbooks • Support compliance with federal security, privacy, records management, and Section 508 accessibility requirements • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, testers, and client subject matter experts • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the technical lead and project manager • Stay current with relevant development, data engineering, and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, software engineering, or similar • 8+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a closely related technical role; internship, co-op, research, and substantive academic or personal project experience will be considered • Experience designing enterprise level applications • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and SharePoint Online • Experience building dashboards or visualizations in Power BI, Grafana, or a similar tool • Proficiency in SQL, including working knowledge of relational database design and data modeling • Ability to read and work from written requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly, including low-code development environments • Capacity to work independently or collaboratively with a cross-functional team in a remote or hybrid setting • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
