📋 Description

• Create applications using JAVA • Work with the customer’s technical team to identify initial requirements • Apply general best practices for software development and the Agile team lifecycle • Use SQL and database tools to design and support the back end of a web application • Code and organize the application using best practices • Share knowledge with the team and grow the team’s skills and understanding of a robust application • Build, manage, and maintain applications that interact with databases • Design, implement, and optimize database queries from Java applications • Write Java code to connect to databases, execute SQL queries, and handle data processing tasks • Perform backend development, data integration, and application support • Support the federal client and help ensure an exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience and bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 6 years of experience with JAVA and JAVA Script • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL • Demonstrated understanding of modern Java, Angular, JavaScript, SQL coding practices • Ability to work independently as well as within a dynamic team environment on development tasks and continuously deliver quality code for team review and product owner demonstration • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team • Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Phone interviews require a landline or cellphone number backed by a physical SIM; VOIP numbers are not accepted
