📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams • Own engineering execution across assigned digital products and platform capabilities • Partner with Platform and Data Architects to translate architectural direction into practical engineering solutions • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and complex engineering challenges • Establish and improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, observability, and secure development practices • Balance business-facing digital product delivery with reusable platform services and shared capabilities • Lead technical planning, estimation, resource allocation, dependency management, and delivery commitments • Ensure production readiness, system reliability, performance, incident response, and ongoing improvement • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and career development • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Architecture, IT, and business stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, reduce technical debt, simplify processes, and accelerate delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS products, cloud-native applications, or digital platforms • Strong technical background in modern software development, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud technologies • Experience leading cross-functional distributed engineering teams in an Agile product development environment • Solid understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, security, and production operations • Experience building shared enterprise platforms, reusable services, or internal developer platforms • Experience scaling engineering teams and establishing engineering processes in growing organizations
