📋 Description

• Lead architectural design for AI/ML systems, data pipeline infrastructure, search/retrieval, and platform scalability • Own key deliverables that drive customer success • Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, security, and product teams • Integrate advanced technologies into core platforms • Develop scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native solutions • Drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD, and compliance automation • Mentor and develop senior engineers • Foster technical growth and continuous improvement across the organization • Unblock difficult cross-team technical challenges • Align multiple teams around shared technical goals and consistent architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, Java, or equivalent languages • Proven track record designing and leading large-scale system architecture • Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture • Experience with containerization using Docker • Experience with orchestration using Kubernetes • Strong problem-solving skills • Deep knowledge of DevSecOps • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices • Experience with API design, microservices patterns, distributed systems, and data pipeline architecture • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience with AI/ML systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM applications is a bonus • Familiarity with construction technology, document processing, or enterprise software is a bonus • Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in technical communities are a bonus
