📋 Description

• Provide regional administrative, entry-level recruitment, and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams • Deliver service to hiring managers, internal colleagues, and external applicants while complying with the hiring process • Provide recruitment coordination, including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools • Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview/selection outcomes • Schedule interviews, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events • Coordinate with HR Shared Services onboarding for on-site fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos • Compile regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities • Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain the event calendar • Assist colleagues, department managers, and Talent Acquisition with recruitment issues, Workday TA technical support, candidate status, and process questions • Provide prompt solutions and responsive customer service; build relationships remotely • Process and track billing statements and invoices • Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture to market, recruit, and source applicants • Assist with marketing initiatives such as advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and Internet postings • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred • Ability to support diversity and maintain a caring, collaborative, high-performance culture • Ability to understand organizational relationships and structures • Ability to continuously learn and pursue technical and professional growth • Ability to deliver services using defined Talent Acquisition standard work methods • Proven customer-service orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently and thoroughly • Flexibility in prioritizing multiple tasks/projects • Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring • Ability to organize changing work priorities and work concurrently on varied tasks • Hearing sufficient for extensive telephone and face-to-face communication • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform extensive computer work • Ability to occasionally transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds • Ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures
