📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end subcontract process from SOW creation, RFPs, and source selection through negotiation, award, administration, and closeout • Ensure subcontracts align with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements • Conduct price analysis, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate pricing structures including Firm-Fixed-Price, Time and Materials, and Cost-Reimbursable • Track supplier KPIs for cost, schedule, and quality • Resolve disputes and implement corrective action plans • Partner with Program Management, Finance, and Security teams to flow down prime contract requirements • Lead subcontracting, procurement, or contracts teams • Supervise subcontract administration personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Active clearance or ability to obtain one • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • 10+ years of federal subcontract administration experience supporting DoD or other government programs • Strong knowledge of CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, and T&M subcontract types • Extensive understanding of FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements • Demonstrated experience leading subcontracting, procurement, or contracts teams • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Deltek Costpoint • Experience supervising subcontract administration personnel • NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) preferred
