📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of TRM Academy training on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI • Program manage and conduct live and virtual training for public-sector and government learners • Design and build curriculum, learning modules, labs, practical exercises, mixed-media content, and in-person briefings • Teach analysts and investigators to combine cyber and OSINT signals with on-chain tracing using TRM’s AI intelligence and blockchain intelligence platforms • Develop train-the-trainer materials, instructor guides, and reusable content • Build and manage relationships with government and industry partners to add learners to TRM Academy • Keep course materials current with evolving cyber threats, including ransomware, nation-state activity, phishing, account takeovers, SIM swaps, hacks, and exploits • Maintain working proficiency in cyber investigative techniques, OSINT methodology, threat actor tracking, and intelligence analysis and reporting • Collaborate with intelligence experts, engineers, and data scientists to support TRM clients • Travel frequently for in-person delivery at federal, SLED, and partner sites across the United States • Scope training programs, create AI-assisted slides/workbooks/assessments, and deliver initial versions within 30 days • Ship reusable AI-generated scenario and assessment assets within 60 days • Convert law enforcement cohorts into measurable follow-through and standardize the process within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience instructing courses, leading trainings, or delivering technical instruction • Hands-on experience in cyber investigations, OSINT, and/or cyber threat intelligence (CTI) • Experience working in or with the public sector/government or a proven track record training these audiences • Proven experience building course content, including curriculum, labs, practical exercises, and testing • Ability to train private-sector audiences, including security teams, crypto businesses/VASPs, and financial institutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to command the room • AI fluency demonstrated through production usage • Willingness to travel 50–75% • Relevant certifications are a plus, such as GIAC GCTI/GOSI or similar cyber/OSINT credentials • Law enforcement experience is a plus • Blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets, on-chain investigations, or money laundering typologies knowledge is a plus • Availability during US business hours with overlap across US time zones
