📋 Description

• Support the Medicare Sales team to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of information leading to the sale of new and renewed Medicare health plans • Monitor inbound and outbound calls of sales agents • Evaluate agent demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, tone, voice inflections, and conformity to company policy and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the insurance industry • At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance preferred • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each call and performance of sales agents • Professional, organized, and motivated self-starter • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Superior active listening abilities • Meticulous work habits • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Preferred Health insurance license
