📋 Description

• Provide senior-level process engineering leadership, input and support for the design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects • Lead technology selection and water management trade-off studies • Lead multi-discipline engineering design activities and technical deliverables generation for feasibility and detailed design • Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, specifications, and reports • Support equipment selection, procurement activities, and vendor reviews • Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP workshops, constructability reviews, and risk assessments • Support project planning, proposals, budgeting, and client engagement • Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup • Engage effectively with clients to support achievement of project goals • Provide technical input to projects and interface with other technical experts • Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil or Process Engineering • Professional Engineering designation required • 10+ years of previous engineering experience in industrial water treatment projects, ideally in mining • Experience working in an environmental consulting or project consulting setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software • Ability to work effectively with team members and lead multi-disciplinary projects • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
